Services
Skypeaklimits provides digital agency services including web design, website development, SEO, digital marketing, mobile app development, brand strategy, AI solutions, and related services. Service terms, scope, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom work product created by Skypeaklimits for their project. Skypeaklimits retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise. All pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Skypeaklimits.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: providing accurate and timely information required for project completion; providing feedback within agreed timeframes; ensuring legal compliance of all content provided; and maintaining appropriate backups of their own data.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before project commencement, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skypeaklimits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
