However, if there is ever a need to request a refund or return, this policy outlines your rights, our procedures, and the terms under which refunds or service cancellations may apply.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted in specific circumstances. These include:
Non-delivery of service due to technical issues verified by our team.
Duplicate payments made in error.
Failure to deliver service as outlined in the project scope or service agreement.
Unsatisfactory performance only after attempting to resolve the issue through revisions, consultations, or technical adjustments.
Each case is carefully evaluated by our customer success team.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain services are non-refundable, including:
One-time consultations and strategy sessions
Digital deliverables (e.g., logos, websites, videos, software code) after final files have been approved or delivered
Time-based services such as hourly contracts
Custom development and design projects once development has commenced
Any third-party service costs incurred on your behalf (such as hosting, plugins, or domain purchases)
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, you must:
Submit a written request via email to contact@skypeaklimits.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Include your order number, purchase date, and full details explaining the reason for the refund.
Wait for acknowledgment. Our support team will respond within five (5) business days.
Evaluation and Resolution Timeframe
After receiving your refund request:
We will assess your case based on internal documentation and the original project agreement.
If eligible, your refund will be processed within ten (10) business days.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to offer partial refunds or store credit depending on service usage and progress made.
Project Cancellation Policy
In case of a cancellation initiated by the client:
Before project commencement: 100% refund (minus transaction fees).
During initial phase: Up to 50% refund depending on hours invested and work completed.
Post-milestone or mid-project: Partial or no refund. Evaluation will consider project stage, time spent, and expenses.

Changes and Revisions
Skypeaklimits offers revision opportunities per the terms agreed upon in your contract. Refunds will not be granted if revision offers are declined or ignored. Our goal is always to reach a satisfactory resolution before considering financial returns.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly discourage unauthorized chargebacks. If you are dissatisfied, contact us directly first. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension or legal action.
We will provide all required documentation and evidence to your payment provider to contest fraudulent disputes.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the approval confirmation:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time may vary.

Services Purchased via Promotions or Discounts
Refunds for services purchased during a sale or with a coupon code will reflect the discounted rate, not the original full price.
Some sale-based services may be non-refundable. Terms will be clearly outlined during the promotional period.
Digital Product Returns
As a digital agency, Skypeaklimits typically does not offer tangible products. If you receive digital content or creative assets:
You may not return these items once they’ve been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
Refunds for digital assets will only be issued if you report a confirmed technical defect or delivery error.
Service-Specific Refund Scenarios
Depending on the service category, different refund eligibility may apply:
Web Design & Development
Full refund only if the project is cancelled before wireframes or mockups are initiated.
Partial refund after discovery phase or design delivery, based on progress.
Branding and Creative Assets
Refunds are not issued after final logo files, identity kits, or videos have been approved.
Revisions are available, per contract.
Consultation Packages
Non-refundable if the consultation session has taken place.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the session may qualify for credit or rescheduling.
Hosting & Maintenance Plans
Refunds for unused full months only.
Setup fees are non-refundable.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any legal disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Puerto Rico.
